1. Who we are

2. Use of this website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes connected to genuine trade, sourcing, or partnership inquiries with Balad International. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; interfere with or disrupt the website's operation; scrape or harvest data at scale; or submit false, fraudulent, or abusive inquiries.

3. Customer accounts

If you register a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate an account used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. Product information, quotes & orders

Product descriptions, pricing indications, and availability shown on this website are provided for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer for sale. A buyer inquiry or quote request is not itself a confirmed order. Orders, pricing, quantities, payment terms, and delivery (Incoterms) are only binding once confirmed in writing by our sales team, and larger export transactions are typically governed by a separate signed sales/export agreement between the parties. Once an order is confirmed, we sign a supply contract with the buyer and our admin team contacts you directly to confirm the details. Shipping is arranged on your behalf by Tropical Clearing and Forwarding Company, with typical delivery taking around two weeks from confirmed order to arrival. Shipping costs are included in the price we quote, but you remain responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied in your destination country.

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Balad International Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal reference in evaluating a business relationship with us.

6. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites (e.g. social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the platform available, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balad International Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Ugandan law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
