Quality & Compliance
Every shipment we export passes through the same disciplined, government-backed quality process — from farm registration to final documentation — so buyers can trust exactly what they receive and where it came from.
Nothing is exported until it has passed every stage below — tracked step by step against its batch record.
Farmer, plot and harvest details are logged against a unique batch number from day one.
Our agronomists grade each batch for maturity, size and defects before it advances.
A government inspector examines the batch and records a formal pass/fail result.
Passed batches receive a phytosanitary certificate and full export paperwork.
Certified produce is sorted, packed and reefer-stored to lock in freshness.
The batch ships by road, sea or air, tracked in real time to its destination.
Every batch is physically inspected against national and international standards before it is cleared to travel.
Compliance & Standards
We hold every batch to the same national and international compliance bar — registered, inspected, certified and standards-aligned before a single crate leaves Uganda.
Registered with Uganda's Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries as a certified produce exporter.
Every batch undergoes a formal government inspection before it is cleared for certification and export.
An IPPC-aligned phytosanitary certificate is issued per shipment, confirming produce is pest- and disease-free.
Farm and packhouse practices follow GlobalG.A.P.-aligned protocols expected by international retailers.
Handling, grading and packaging meet Uganda National Bureau of Standards requirements for export produce.
Every certificate, inspection result and shipment record is linked to a single, auditable batch number.
